You can send us your samples for a lab analysis. If samples cannot be sent immediately after sampling please keep chilled but not frozen.
Minimum of 700gm required for testing.

Please put your Sample ID on your sample bag as well as noted on this form. If you have multiple samples please note them to the bottom of the form.
